Why the free tier is not crippled

Because a bill of lading you can only half-produce is useless, and because the whole site is found by people searching for a free BOL form. Holding the document hostage would break the thing that brings anyone here in the first place. So the generators stay complete, and the paid plan competes on being worth paying for rather than on being the only way through.

Who this is for

If you ship a pallet a month, stay on free. Genuinely — you will retype an address occasionally and that is the whole cost.

It starts paying for itself when the same consignees come round every week, when more than one person in the office writes paperwork, or when somebody asks you for a bill of lading from four months ago. A dispatch office where three people each keep their own list of addresses in their own head is the exact problem shared saved parties solve.

How the billing works

One price for the company, billed monthly, cancel whenever. Adding a colleague never changes the bill — that is deliberate, because charging per seat would push you to share one login, and then the history stops telling you who did what.

Common questions

Is the free version limited?

No. Every generator produces a complete, unwatermarked document with no cap on how many you make and no account required. What the paid plan adds is memory — it remembers your parties, your documents and your numbering so nobody retypes anything.

Is it really one price for the whole company?

$29 a month covers the company however many people are on it. A ten-person dispatch office pays the same as an owner-operator, and adding somebody costs nothing.

What does "shared" actually mean?

A consignee saved by one person is immediately available to everyone else in the company, with the receiving hours and appointment notes already filled in. That is the point of scoping data to the company rather than the individual.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

The generators keep working — they always did. Saved parties and document history stay where they are and stay readable, and you can still delete from them; what stops is adding and editing, and reopening a past document. We do not delete anything ourselves when a plan ends, and there is no expiry timer. You can download everything as a zip whenever you like, and if you want it gone, an owner can close the account, which removes the lot.

Do you store my shipment data?

Only on the paid plan, and only what you choose to save. The free generators run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere. Signing in and saving a consignee is what puts data on a server, which is exactly the feature being paid for.
